1. Introduction

Welcome to Icyydetailing! These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of our car detailing services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read this Agreement carefully before proceeding.

1. Services

2.1 Scope: We will provide car detailing services as agreed upon between you ("the Customer") and Icyydetailing. The specific services will be determined based on your requested package or as discussed between the parties.

2.2 Water and Electricity Usage: The Customer acknowledges and agrees to provide access to water and electricity necessary for the provision of car detailing services. Icyydetailing will utilize the Customer's water and electricity resources during the service provision.

1. Limitation of Liability

3.1 Damage: Icyydetailing strives to exercise reasonable care and skill in providing car detailing services. However, the Customer acknowledges that car detailing may involve inherent risks, including the potential for accidental damage to the vehicle. Therefore, Icyydetailing shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage, loss, or injury to the vehicle or its contents during or after the provision of car detailing services.

3.2 Assumption of Risk: The Customer assumes all risks associated with the car detailing services and acknowledges that Icyydetailing shall not be held liable for any damage that may arise from the performance of the services, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint damage, mechanical issues, or any other damage to the vehicle.

3.3 Indemnification: The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Icyydetailing, its employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the car detailing services or any violation of this Agreement.

1. General Provisions

4.1 Modifications: Icyydetailing reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The Customer will be bound by the most recent version posted on Icyydetailing website.

4.2 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

4.3 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Loudoun county. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Loudoun county

By engaging our car detailing services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
